Radiance Lighting Group operates 45 ft. bucket trucks (a.k.a. cherry pickers) every day with 24-hr. emergency service. Radiance Lighting Group also operates 40 ft. lift equipment to reach hard-to-reach interior atrium lights.
At Radiance Lighting Group, we understand how important parking lot lighting is. Proper lighting levels provide not only visibility to a business, but also provide needed security for patrons and employees. Radiance Lighting Group technicians are on call 24 ⁄ 7 ⁄ 365 for emergency response.
Many businesses will try and rent equipment and have an employee attempt to do the work. This is not wise for a number of reasons. 1. Electrical maintenance requires a license in Oregon. 2. Putting someone 20 to 40 feet in the air with out the proper workman’s comp coverage puts your business at risk. 3. The fines can be stiff if caught. 4. There is very real risk in this type of work!! Please understand that technology evolves more rapidly each day. Some fixtures, such as HID fixtures, require the use of a ballast to drive the lamp and operate different, different voltages 120, 240, 3-phase 208 277, 408 all are present in lot lighting. Maintenance professionals are normally the only people with access to the right ballast models and with the necessary training to install them.
